3.2 Pricing: Prices for our services are subject to change without prior notice. Quotes provided are valid for a limited time as specified during the quoting process.

3.3 Refunds: Refunds for services rendered are generally not provided. Exceptions may apply at our sole discretion for circumstances such as service defects or cancellations.

4.1 Appointments: Scheduling an appointment for our services constitutes your agreement to these Terms. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

4.2 Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in cancellation fees.

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Auto Supershield or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auto Supershield is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Damages resulting from unauthorized use or modifications to your vehicle after service completion.
• Losses caused by delays, cancellations, or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

7.1 Limited Warranty: We warrant our services to be free from defects in workmanship for a specified period as outlined in our service agreement. Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care.

7.2 Disclaimer: All services are provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8.1 Program Description: Auto Supershield operates a text messaging program. If you opt in, you may receive SMS and MMS messages relating to quote requests, appointment scheduling, reminders and confirmations, vehicle service updates, customer care, and — where you have separately agreed to marketing messages — promotions, specials, and announcements. Messages are sent by us or by a messaging service provider acting on our behalf.

8.2 Consent: You will only receive text messages from us if you have opted in by submitting your mobile number through a form on this website, by providing it to us in person, over the phone, or in writing, or by texting us first. Consent to service messages (quotes, appointments, and service updates) and consent to promotional messages (specials, offers, and announcements) are collected separately, through two separate optional checkboxes on our forms; you may agree to either, both, or neither, and each is recorded on its own. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service, and you may decline or withdraw it at any time. You represent that you are the subscriber of, or are authorized to use, the mobile number you provide, and that you are at least 18 years old.

8.3 Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. Message volume depends on how you interact with us — for example, on the quote requests you submit and the appointments you schedule.

8.4 Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Auto Supershield does not charge for text messages; any charges come from your mobile carrier under your plan. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

8.5 Opt-Out: You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. We will send one confirmation message and will not send you further texts unless you opt in again. You may also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT, or contact us using the details in Section 12.

8.7 Carriers and Delivery: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is outside our control, and not all mobile devices or carriers may be supported.

8.8 Changes to Your Mobile Number: You agree to notify us if you change or deactivate the mobile number you gave us, so that messages intended for you are not sent to someone else.

8.9 Privacy: Mobile information collected through this program is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
